changing XP theme using VB.net

Is it possible and how do you go about changing the Windows XP theme using
VB.Net.

Chris,

When you know how to do it with a commandline command, you can forever do it
with a process.

(When you know that commandline, message it than, than I know it as well and
when you want it, do I make than a sample from it for you how to do it)
