C++ .Net ArrayList Attribute XmlSerialization

Hi,

I'm trying to serialize a class that supports a dialog window containing a
ViewList with 2 Headers. (I created that class as I failed to Serialize the
window directly).
To support the content of the ViewList (DetailView) I created an ArrayList
containing String*[2] elements corresponding to my 2 ViewList Column Headers.

So the class looks like this :
public MyClass{
// usual stuff...
ArrayList* al = new ArrayList;
String* Items[] = new String*[2];
for(...)
{
Items[0] = string1; // the text value of the ListView Subelement in
Column 0
Items[1] = string2 ;// same for column 1
al->Add(Items)
}
}

So I end up with an ArrayList filled with String*[2], but when I serialize I
get an error message saying that 'String*[] cannot be used in this context'.

IS there a simple way to achieve what I want to do (serialize the content of
a ListView).

Thanks,
