Control moving to (0,0) in Visual C# .NET

Hi. I've been trying to add 2 new controls (CheckBox) to a Windows form in
the designer in Visual C# .NET, but when I do so and then do a build, the
second control gets moved to position (0,0), the text gets cleared and the
size gets changed by the designer. I did notice that when I rebuild the
whole solution with the code visible and then go to the designer for the
form, the control is not moved, but then the hourglass comes up and the
designer moves the control to (0,0), removes the text and resizes it to a
different size. Has anyone seen or reported this before? Is this a bug with
the designer or am I missing something here?

Thanks.
