Alink Operation Failed Error(8013144E)

Hi,

I am writing a wrapper for an existing driver. I am hitting this error
which I cannot find much explanations. The basic information is that the
link.exe and alink.dll do not match.
The Version Info that is available is as follows
Link.exe 7.10.3077.0
Alink.dll 7.10.3052.4

Any Ideas and help would be welcome.
