VS.NET 2003 Form Designer problem when editing forms developed in

P: n/a
I have a very serious problem which really needs to be solved.
We had a huge number of projects in 2002 that we recently converted to
VS.NET 2003. The conversion was smooth and all is working well.

How-ever when we make any change to a form and save the form using VS.NET
2003, it reorganizes all form elements and the width / height of text boxes
get changed, making it look very different from the way it looked before.

The problem happens only when you save a form in 2003, as a result we have
been doing our changes in NotePad and since 3 weeks we still donot have a
solution and donot know what is causing the problem.

The AutoScale and Client Size property of the form get changed by 2003, and
many properties change that include location, size and width.

The VS.NET form designer seems to have a problem when working with forms
that were orignally developed in 2002. Anyone else sailing on the same boat
or had similar problem with Conversion to 2003. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks Very Much
Anil
