Win32 DLL & Win32 Static Library

Hello,
I am using Visual Studio.net 2003.
I am trying to find how to create Win32 DLL & Win32 Static Library.
When going through the wizard it does not show me the option for these two
project types.
Any Idea?

what u do (depending on teh langauge ur using in Visual Studio)...i am
assuming ur doing it with c++

when u create ur project (win32 console application) and after u have given
it a name and location u hit OK..it then will bring up a Win32 application
wizard for u project, if u click on the Application settings on the left hand
side it will open up and allow u to selct to make a DLL, static lib, Windows
app or Console app...ur choice then...let me know if this helped
