LM.H constant definitions

I have small working sample in C# of using the NetUserGetInfo external call
to netapi32.dll. I would like to define some constants to use for comparison
to return codes, but I can not find the source file for lm.h in my VS install
so that I can duplicate the definitions.
Does anyone know where I can find the lm.h file(s) with a VS2003 install?
Thanks
