Method Recalling

Dear, Microsoft Corporation

How does a method recall binary or hexidecimal content within the
confines of visuall C++ or C++ itself? Secondly, Does viusal C++ or C++ do
this sort of calculation within the arithmatic logic unit (ALU), register or,
a combination of both?
