Thread again

hi. My problem with threading is somtething like that:
I start thread:

sub somesub()
t = New Threading.Thread(AddressOf threadsub)

end sub

Public Sub threadsub()

Friend w As newsik

w = New newsik()

End Sub

and unfortunetely the threadsub executes, ends and the thread is stoped, and
when it happens the w of newsik type is disposed.

How can i keep this w alive not suspending the proces like with w.showdialog
