Navigation in IDE

In VB6 you could TAB through controls on a form while in the IDE (not
running the project) but in VB.NET this simply takes you from a control i.e.
a Button to the property window. Tried many keystroke combinations but none
appear to do the VB6 behavior.

Is this possible tabbing through controls with a different key combination?

Thanks for taking the time to read this question!
