Databinding in c#

HI,

I'm trying to have one options for the radiobutton list to be selected based
on the value stored in the database.

But I do not know how to do that.

here's my code in the aspx page:

Sex : <asp:radiobuttonlist id="lstSex" runat="server" CssClass="textbox"
RepeatDirection="Horizontal">
<asp:ListItem Value="M">Male</asp:ListItem>
<asp:ListItem Value="F">Female</asp:ListItem>
</asp:radiobuttonlist>
And my database has a column "sex" which has values 'M' or 'F'

And based on the database value I want either Male to be selected or female.

Can you please tell me how to do that?
