Hang at opening the project!

Hi guys
I was working on an ASP.net project when suddenly PC restarted due to a
power shortage. XP did not scandisk at boot so i did it manually. (with no
error)

Since then whenever i try to open a Web project, VS hangs at "opening
http://localhost/webApp02" or whatever.

When i run the project outside the VS, it takes forever to open with no error.
Event viewer simply only says "application hang, DevEnv.exe".

I restored the registry & reinstalled VS/Framework/IIS but did not help. (i
have disabled system restore)
It's interesting that Windows based apps open & work properly!

Thanx a lot for any suggestions =)

Runnung a web application also slows down the PC to death so that i need to
restart & IIS manager hangs up as well.
I have never seen a web application bringing down the whole server!

Damn it. VS had created some .TEMP files in folders of solutions which were
open & they were causing problems. I deleted them all.
