Plug In Report Writer

Hi,

Thanks in advance for your help. We are looking for a Plug in report writer
for and application we are developing. It needs to to be distributed with
application and look and feel like part of the application. Here are some
thoughts on what we need.

1 - Work in a manner very similar to QuickBooks, Microsoft Retail
Management, or many other windows applications, We require the ability for
users to produce a limited number of pre-defined reports. (Look, Feel, and
use.)

2 - These pre-defined reports should allow for easy user filtering on fields
used to generate each pre-defined report.

3 - Each report would have a default set of fields or columns but would
allow the user to include or exclude columns or fields not in the default
set.

4 - Reports (as modified by user via columns or filters) should be able to
easily be memorized to be run again.

5 - The generated reports would ideally be resorted by column by clicking on
column heading.

6 - Reports should be able to have columns rearranged by dragging.

7 - The ability to produce graphs would also be good.

8 - Generated reports should be exportable to Excel, HTML, and PDF

Thanks

Dexter

BUT...it's only available for Borland's Delphi product.

It's the best Report Writer on the market ...(IMO) and Dephi Informant
Magazine.
