Could not install COM+ under windows XP

I'm try to install a new COM+ component developed by C# into XP SP2. I always get the following message from Visual studio command when I tried to register the component by: RegSvcs /fc MyApp MyComponent.dll
The following installation error occurred:
1:Could not install type library '...' into application '...'
'xxx.tlb': The TypeLib could not be loaded
Infact the interface of the methods was simple containing only the parametres String type and didn't have any dependencies.
Thanks in advanced for any suggestions.
