Compatibility issue of VS.NET running on WIN XP SP2

Kim
Would there be a problem if I install WIN XP SP2 followed by VS.NET 2003 ?
Heard that certain functions may not work in VS.NET. If I had already
installed WIN XP SP2 in advance, how can I get around with this ?
