How to set Current .Net Runtime

I have .Net 1.1 and Beta 2.0 running on my machine.
How do I set the current runtime to be 1.1 only. I am trying to use NANT to
build my application class files

Use supportedruntime element -- what all runtimes are supported -- in
config file.
