Synchronizing custom property

In my custom status bar control, how can I change value of custom property
when status bar’s ShowPanels property is changed?

I have a progress bar embedded into status bar and have a custom property
ShowProgressBar (Boolean). What I want is when ShowPanels property is
changed, ShowProgressBar property should be changed correspondingly.

thanks

Got is working by shadowing the property with your own declaration:

Shadows Property ShowPanels As Boolean
Get
Return MyBase.ShowPanels
End Get
Set
MyBase.ShowPanels = Value
Me.ShowProgressBar = Value
End Set
End Property
