IIS Home DIrectory on Network Share

I am trying to setup a web-farm for our companies website. I want to place
the website on a network share so all the websers can use the same files so I
only update one directory. I had created a user in the domain and given that
user authorization to the shared folder. I am connecting as the new user
through IIS. I keep getting the "Server Error in '/' Application." Then is
has this huge path it cant get access to.

I have seached MS site with no luck and these newsgroups also with no luck.
If anyone can provide any insight, I would greatly appreciate it.
