How to start SQL Server 2000 service

Hey,

Installed the SQL Server 2000 Eval version on my Windows XP Pro laptop, but
can't start the SQL Service. It says Error 1069
When go to Administrative Tools->Services to start it I get Error 1068.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Thanks,

Error 1069 indicates a password problem with the MSSQLSERVER service. Error
1068 indicates that the SQLSERVERAGENT service that MSSQLSERVER depends on
is not running. Go into services management console and check that
SQLSERVERAGENT is running and starts automatically. Then check the logon tab
of MSSQLSERVER service to see what logon account the MSSQLSERVER service is
using, should be local service account.
