How to write a property like Control.ContextMenu

I would like to write a property like Control's ContextMenu

I gives you a selection of the menus contained in the parent.

I know about the TypeConverter.GetStandardValues How would the
TypeConverter get a list of the parent's menus?

Any Help Appreciated
