dll registration issue on W2K

Hi,

My OS is Windows 2000 SP4. And I have a .NET 1.1 dll. I run the regasm
command on the dll and I get the successful registration prompt. However,
the dll is NOT registered. I checked the registry and there is no entry in
there.

I tried the regasm with no option and also with /codebase option. In both
the cases it said successful but did not really register.

Any clues?

Thanks

Shree

Where in the Registry are you looking and what are you looking for?
