Attributes Add will not work

I am using a HTMLButton and trying to add an onclick event for it on code
behind. I can get this to work on my work workstation (.NET 2003) and my
home desktop (.NET 2002), my problem is getting it to work on my laptop (.NET
2002). I've reinstalled .NET thinking maybe I had a bad install, but it
still won't work.

Does anyone have any ideas on why or how to correct this?
