CPU Usage is 100% while executing web application

Issue:
when I am excuting an ASP.NET page which contains Nested tables and a
few Hidden fields. I am getting the problem of my CPU usage becomes 100% and
my application could not load.
I am using Visual Studio Version 2003
Language Used VB.NET

Please reply me at the earliest

This is nearly always an application error where you are going in to an
infinite loop. What OS are you running on, BTW? Are you up to date on your
patches? Some viruses will cause this behavior as well.

If you can post code, that may help.
