Html feature? Or am I imagining this?

I think about an year ago I saw on some webiste where they had a table and a
table title like this:

---------Table Caption--------

--------------------------------

Basically yhe table caption was within the table, it was almost like a
border with a title. Does anyone know how I can achieve this?

Thanks.
