Visual Studio Pro Installation

I just purchased the upgrade edition of VS Pro, upgrading from VS Standard
Edition. I didn't install some things (like Visual J++) that I wasn't going
to use. The installation went fine and I have things like Crystal Reports
that I didn't have with satndard, but when I went to install the VS Tools CD
it said I couldn't install it because I didn't have the Pro edition. What
Did I do wrong?
