"unable to get the project file from the web server"

OK, after searching on the web for half a day on this and findin
solutions that were not working, please advise. BTW - the cache cleanu
didn't work.

I am use VS 2003 and checked out a project from another fello
employee. I loaded the SLN file and got an error on load about it no
being able to find the web server. I manually added it to IIS and the
reopened it. Now the error I get is "unable to get the project fil
from the web server". Any thoughts on what might be happening

You might have to do some digging since there seem to be a few different solutions.
