Refreshing Server Explorer

I've got a Windows Service and am using a ServiceController object in a
seperate application to turn it on and off. At one time, the Server Explorer
would correctly show the current status (e.g. when running, you would see the
arrow, when off, you would see the box). The service does start and stop
correctly but I have to click on Refresh button in the Server Explorer to
retrieve / view its status. Is there a way to set the refresh rate or have
it automatically refreshed when the status changes?
