avoiding the winlogo to appear in mediaplayer (axmplayer)?

I've integrated more than one mediaplayer (axmplayer) in my application.
I've tried a lot of settings and 'tricks' to avoid, that the winlogo appears,
when not playing or starts playing.
It works for a while, but after a while, the winlogo-animation appears again.

-Also the DVD-functions seem to act in strange way, (difficult to control)

I use VB.Net 2002, have added the mediaplayer (axmplayer) to the toolbox,
and use it (them as control)
do I have to do it another way?

I' m not 100% familiar with VB.Net yet, but also not a newbie anymore..
maybe somebody can help me?

Thanks
