ImageManipulation bmp to tiff (bitmap to tiff)

Hello all

I get an image from the file in bitmap format(6 meg approx). What I
want to do is first change the image to grayscale, reduce the dpi to
like 150, and then change the format to tiff, or maybe a jpeg at
reduced sizes.

Has anyone done this or has pointers for the same.

Currently I am experimenting with
pictureBox->Image = Image::FromFile( imageFileName );

//System::Drawing::Imaging::Encoder *qualityEncoder
=System::Drawing::Imaging::Encoder::Quality;
//System::Drawing::Imaging::EncoderParameter *ratio = new
System::Drawing::Imaging::EncoderParameter(quality Encoder, 40L);
Thanks

Ravi Singh.
