Printing Source Code

In Visual Studio 6 I could print an entire project's source code at once.
I've searched for macros, add-ins, registry settings, everything, and I can't
figure out how to get this functionality in VS 2003. Is it possible and if
so, can someone let me know how? Otherwise I will have to resort to opening
every file and printing the code individually (could take some time).

Thanks in advance
