WMEncoder Multiple Instances

I need to have four streams going out through the app I'm writing.

I need to have four streams using four different profiles and four different
ports all started from the same program. I was trying to do multiple
sourcegroupcollections but when I prepare the second stream for encoding I
get a Network Resource Not Available error.

Is there a way to get around this?

Is there a different way I should be doing this?
