How I can save a RichTextBox.Rtf property as a simple html-page ?

Hi all !

I have a RichTextBox control containing red-colored text "Hello world." and
I need to get the following html-page:
<html><body style="color:red">
Hello world.
</body></html>

Does FCL contain any classes and methods to solve my problem ?

Many thanks !
