MSI / How to "Lock Down" Install Directory ?

I have created an MSI for delivering a .NET Web application to our field
reps. It is a "smart client" application that will reside on their laptops.
We want them to all have the application installed in the same location on
the C: drive. I have specified "C:\Program Files\Rep Desktop" as the default
location for the application. However, we don't want to give the users an
option to change this location during the install. How can I make this
default location box non-updateable ("grayed out") ?
