New Form of Astro Turfing

I discovered a new form of astroturfing in Usenet.

It's related to techical question.

Say, I post in a computer language newsgroup, about language (X).

And I ask how to do something.

Someone posts a response saying that what I want to do is download some
$200 control or library.

When often the answer is: type in command /abc/
