How To Implement Com+ or DCOM in .Net

Please someone guide me how to Implement COM+ or DCOM in VB.Net...!!!

What do you mean by "Implement" ?

tlbimp.exe, tlbexp.exe (you may want also to check regasm) allows to consume
COM objects or to expose .NET assemblies to COM. AFAIK this is also done
automatically for you when you reference a COM library in VS.NET.

You'll find also the System.EnterpriseServices namespace that allows to take
advantage of COM+....
