Crystal Report cannot show the Pie Chart ?

hi all,

I just created a new crystal report with pie chart. But when I started to
test, then it cannot show the pie chart, it shows "x" on the chart top-left
corner. but just only show the correct data. WHY??

I feel appreciated that anyone can help me .... ^^' ...
