Problem in Window Service running EXE

I have develop a window service in vb.net in window service, i am running
executeing exe which is reside on same system its gives error while running
that exe file I am pasting error below

"
Unknown software exception (0xx06d07e) occurred in application at location
0x77e73862
In Just intime Debugger
An exception Unhandled win32 exception has occurred in “Application.exe”

"
Note : That same code is working fine in stadard exe
can any body tell me how to execute external exe file with the help of
Window service "
