Could not start IIS admin

Hi,

I'm unable to start IIS. I'm trying to open a .net application and it
says that it is unable to open the application because unable to
connect the server. When i'm trying to start IIS manual it says that
"The server did not respond to start or control request in a timely
fashion". I tried in reinstalling .net and IIS, but i'm getting the
same error. Can anybody help me out in solving this problem.
Thanks & Regards,
Ratnakar Pedagani
