Buttons on a DataGrid

I want to create a datagrid with a button in a cell that when clicked, it
opens up a form allowing me to edit the information linked to that row in the
datagrid. The datagrid is a summary of information running on Windows CE
platform, so a form has to be launched that expands the information on that
record.

How do I do this. I cannot find any examples of how to do this anywhere. I'm
use to writing in an asp.net environment and a hyperlink column on the
asp:datagrid control does this function.
