Grids missing scrollbars when deployed

Hi,

I have an app with many forms that contain grids. On my development and test
machines everything is fine. I just deployed to my beta site and all my grids
are missing their scrollbars!

Both my test machine and the beta machine are the exact same Dell model,
running the same version of XP Pro, etc.

I have tried disabling the Norton Anti-Virus protection, tried playing with
the screen resolution, re-set all visual styles to the default, all with no
luck.

Does anyone have any ideas?
