Pls help "Unable to write data to the transport connection"

P: n/a
I want to know under how many situations this error will occur?

My program has a server-side and client-side:
In server program, it reads some file by ReadLine, and write to client by
WriteLine. The input file is always changed by another process.
In client program, it just use ReadLine to read anything server sends.

However, sometimes I get this error but sometimes not. Normally after some
communication (like successfully sent by server 4 or 5 times).

And in some environment this error never happens. So it's very strange when
this error will occur?

Anyone got some idea about this? Thanks a lot!
