Deployment oddities

I've got some strange things happening after my project has been
deployed.

I use the setup project to create my MSI and the setup works
great...however after deployed some machines will suddenly start
uninstalling the application and then reinstall during the middle of
normal application useage. This usually only occurs once after the
initial install - but is about the strangest thing I've ever seen. I'm
not doing anything that spectacular in terms of customizing the
deployment. I do have a windows service that installs and there is a
small bit of code behind the installer, but nothing that should trigger
the spontaneous re-installation.

Thanks for your help!
