Third Party Control

I am using a third party tab strip, on click of different tabs the url
takes the user to different sections of another application which is
running on linux.
But when i try to login it asks the user to anable cookie, which is
not the case when i try to open that application in a seperate
application.
Please give suggestion how to avoid "enable cookies" message.
