memory leak bug in .net script xsl transform?

I think my .net application may have the following memory
leak:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-
US;Q316775&

I am calling c# code from an xslt script using the
msxsl:script tag. Every week or so, our company has to
reboot our webserver due to a memory leak. We do run some
asp apps off the server as well, but I'm pretty sure they
are not the culprits.

Can anyone confirm whether the above issue has been fixed
in framework 1.1 or not?

Many thanks
