Crystal, SQL Report, HTML

Please,

we are going to start a new system and i have a doubt at with technology may
i use to create reports.

May i use SQL Reporting, Crystal Reports or create manually at HTML.

My app will just run over SQL Server database.

Tks in adv.

It depends on the complexity of your reports. If the report is just a
basic report, such as single table of data, then go with SQL Reporting.
However, if you have a lot of sub categories and perform calculations
to determine if a field shows or not, then go with Crystal Reports.

The bottom-line: Crystal Reports will give you the greatest flexibility
but requires more work. SQL Server Reporting is more convenient, but
less flexible. Manually creating HTML reports should not be an option
because it is inconvenient and inflexible.
