Design on each .NET page

Hi

What I want to do is to have a set of tables and images that look like a
page with the corner folded over. I want this table to contain any content
for that page. Obviously this table can expand and contract depending on
what is in it.

I know how I would do this in ASP using includes and so on. How do I do this
in .NET?

Do I have to add this 'outer' table to every page? If in a year's time we
decide to change the look and feel I would then have to go to every page and
change it. A waste of time.

How can I maintain a containing table and images in one place so that it
will be used on all pages?

Thanks

Tim
