Install of Visual Studio .NET 2003

I had VS .Net 2002 on XP-prof. Computer, removed this and installed VS .NET
2003 with default settings, .NET 2003 prerequisites, MSDN 2003 and Visio for
Entertrprise architect. Then i imported old settings, which were found on
computer. Now after start of Visual Studio 2003 I got no menues in software,
on left side is toolbox, on rigth side is project explorer, in the bottom is
output window, but at the top no menues, no toolbars and so on. I tryed it
again: remove and install, no change. What is wrong?
