compiler crashes and can't run asp projects anymore

Hi all,

I get two problems, I don't know if there are related, but I do know that
I'm already stuck for days on them.

First problem :
Visual Basic .NET compiler is unable to recover from the following error:
System Error &Hc0000005& (Visual Basic internal compiler error) Save your
work and restart Visual Studio .NET.
I found on the net that you get this error when the compiler crashes and
that you have to check your source code to solve te problem.
But I get this problem only when I start visual studio 2003. When I restart
vs the problem
doesn't occur anymore.

Second problem :
I create a new asp project, with just one button on the startup form but
when I run I always get a messagebox with the error : "Error while trying to
run project." And that's it, no further information. I'm using visual studio
2003, xp prof
with service pack 2.
Also old asp projects I created doesn ' t run anymore, I get the same error.
The problem doesn't only occur when debugging, it occurs always.
I found on the internet a lot the problem : "Error while trying to run
project: Unable to start debugging on the Web server." But nothing in there
solves my problem.
I also did not install the .net framework 2.0 Beta.
When I start IE and the url of the project, I see my webpage fine.

I'm almost a the point to do a complete reinstall so PLEASE HELP

Kris.
