Prob with AppDomain

Hello,

I must use an Appdomain to unload an assembly that I loaded before.
For that I create new Appdomain and I instanciate a class inside. But I do
not manage to use this class. Here the code which I use:

dom = dom.CreateDomain("domaine", Nothing, ads)
Dim load As NomAssembly.RemoteLoader
'chargement de la class RemoteLoader
Try
' start PB--------------------------------------
Dim obj As Object
obj = dom.CreateInstance("NomAssembly", "NomAssembly.RemoteLoader")
load = DirectCast(obj.Unwrap, NomAssembly.RemoteLoader)
' end PB ---------------------------------------------------------
Catch ex As Exception
End Try
'Chargement de L'assembly voulue
Dim objet As Object
objet = load.Create("AutreAssembly.dll", "AutreAssembly.Classwizard",
Nothing)

During the execution the block PB return an exception Cast.
help me please :p
Scuse my poor english.

Thanks
