Calling C++ function out of VB.NET

Hi,

I'm trying to call a C++ function in a seperate DLL out of my VB.NET code
like this:

<StructLayout(LayoutKind.Sequential)> Public Structure MYSTRUCT

Is the marshalling (and everything else) correct? Will the data transfered
correctly?
